1. What Trippado is
Trippado is a travel search and information website. We help you start searches for flights, hotels and tours and send you to trusted third-party booking websites (“partners”), such as Aviasales and Klook. Trippado is not a travel agency, airline, hotel or tour operator, and we do not sell travel products ourselves.
2. Bookings are made with partners
- All bookings, payments, tickets and confirmations are handled by the partner website you choose, under that partner’s own terms and conditions.
- Questions about changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, visas or customer service must be sent to the partner you booked with.
- Trippado is not a party to any contract between you and a partner or travel provider.
3. Prices and availability
We do not set prices. Prices, availability, taxes and fees are shown on partner websites and can change at any time. Any descriptions, durations or photos on Trippado are for general guidance only. The final details and price are always the ones shown by the partner before you pay.
4. Affiliate disclosure
Trippado earns a commission from partners when you make a qualifying booking through links on this site. This does not change the price you pay. Partners we work with may change over time.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking all booking details before you pay, including names, dates, passport and visa requirements, travel insurance and health requirements for your trip.
6. No warranty
The website is provided “as is”. We try to keep information accurate and links working, but we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted or always up to date.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trippado is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from any partner website, or from travel products or services provided by third parties, including delays, cancellations, overbookings or the actions of travel providers.
8. Third-party websites
Links to partner websites are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or services.
9. Intellectual property
The Trippado name, design and text on this website belong to Trippado. Photos are used with permission or under their free licences. Brand names such as Aviasales and Klook belong to their respective owners.
10. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed.
